Roman Blind Components and Parts
Details
The bracket is made of high-strength metal plates, usually high-quality steel or aluminum alloy, which have excellent bending and compression resistance and can withstand greater external forces than ordinary plastic or iron brackets.
To further improve durability, the metal surface is also treated with special processes such as galvanizing, oxidation or spraying to effectively prevent rust problems and avoid material degradation and breakage risks caused by long-term oxidation.
The bracket is designed to be suitable for most curtain types, including curtain tracks of different structures and materials.
1. Compatibility analysis
Vertical blinds/vertical curtains: This bracket is designed for vertical curtains, and the mounting code can firmly fix the curtain blades to ensure smooth sliding.
Ordinary track curtains: Since the bracket is made of metal plate, it has strong load-bearing capacity and can be adapted to common aluminum alloy, plastic and other track systems.
Roman rod/decorative rod: If the mounting code structure of the curtain rod matches (such as screw hole position, snap-on method), this bracket can also be used.
Electric curtain track: As long as the track fixing method is compatible (such as screw fixing or snap-on), the metal structure of the bracket can support the weight of the motor.
2. Design advantages
138×43×30mm size: moderate size, suitable for most standard curtain tracks, while providing sufficient support.
Metal material: anti-deformation, corrosion-resistant, more durable than plastic brackets, suitable for long-term use.
6/set configuration: sufficient quantity to meet the installation needs of curtains of different widths (such as double tracks or extra-wide curtains).
3. Applicability restrictions
Special customized tracks: non-standard size or special-shaped tracks (such as curved, extra-wide tracks) may require additional adaptation.
Punch-free track: if the curtain is installed by adhesive or nail-free, this bracket may not be applicable (punch-on fixing is required).
